Transcending, Meditation Group

Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, difficult emotions, or pain; seeking ways to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence; or feel more connected to your inner wisdom, mindfulness meditation is for you!


In the first part of the group there will be some teaching and discussion about a self-care topic and Mindfulness. We then will meditate for around 20-30 minutes, and at the end there will be an opportunity to share experiences. People participate at their own pace and level of comfort.


You do not need any previous experience or special skill to participate, just an open heart and willingness to learn. Feel free to bring friends and family.


When: Thursday, March 11th

Time: 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm


Delivered virtually on Zoom.


Fee: $20 (per session)
