Whether you are dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, difficult emotions, or pain; seeking ways to improve your self-esteem and self-confidence; or feel more connected to your inner wisdom, mindfulness meditation is for you!


In the first part of the group  we discuss a topic related to Mindfulness and self-care. We then meditate for 20-30 minutes, and at the end we share experiences if we feel like doing so. People participate at their own pace and level of comfort.


Participants need to be in a private, quiet space where they won't be interrupted. Their cameras will need to be on.


You do not need any previous experience or special skill to participate, just an open heart and willingness to learn. Feel free to invite friends and family (pre-registration required).


When: Second Tuesday of the month (with a few exceptions)

Time: 6:30 pm to 7:45 pm

Format: Zoom.

Fee: $25 (per session)
